I am not familiar with this oil but essential fatty acids are helpful for many things including hairballs-
The most effective ones I have found are deep sea cold water fish derived....Grizzly makes a good salmon oil--- they also make a good krill oil.
Some people give plain old vaseline for hairballs too (some cats like it)
Can you put the cat made one in a capsule? a little butter on so it slides down easy?
Maybe you can call the company.... I have never seen this brand, sorry
