I used to think the same think when Sheba was running high. Then later when she dropped low, I would wish she was a bit higher......:D

I think you could leave it an hour to test now.
Then it will be +11.5 and we will be able to see where he'll be at AMPS.
Unless he rises a lot by AMPS I think you should skip the dose because of how low he dropped during the cycle and the fact he could be very sensitive to the insulin now. Also you will not be able to stay awake and test if he drops low again because you have had no sleep. Safety first always.
What do you think about that?
 
@Bron and Sheba will you be able to stay? I feel of no use, since I can't give dosing advice. I can be here for support,but, that's it :( Let me know . @Ti-Mousse I know you're exhausted and wish I could have helped you more, I know sometimes all we need is someone up looking out for us and our babies, you did really well and I hope you can get some sleep soon. They sure can keep us on our toes, none the less we love them no matter what. You sure did have a nice surfing day and night, hope T - Mousse starts his road to better days from now on <3

Yes I can stay. I'm just sitting watching the French Open Tennis on TV. Good luck with Taco. His SS looks pretty good with all those greens.

Yes, I think you can feed and skip the shot BUT I think you will need to test a bit longer to see he is not going to drop again. It is possible he could drop again over the next few hours. Sorry :( but I think you will need to stay wake a bit longer.

It's my pleasure to help in any way I can. You did really well.. it must have been very stressful for you.
Please post the +13 as I will be watching. Hopefully a good breakfast will bring him up a bit.

No more betting for me :D It was the first time I was seeing a meter just showing LO, no numbers :eek: :woot: He had breakfast this morning and kept it!:)
Still have another test to do and after that, going to bed!

Ti-Mousse must not like month-end; last month he went down to 31 (28 April) and yesterday a reading of LO, which is below 20 !!!
Bron suggested to skip shot as he went so low "LO" and could be very sensitive to insulin; also if he had dropped I would not have been able to monitor properly all day as I had not slept for over 24 hrs already! So he'll get a reduced dose tonight, I just hope I won't have a replay! :woot:

Glad you didn't feel the earthquake, I thought of you when I heard the news! Ti-Mousse gave me quite a night but I had wonderful help all along and he's OK now as if nothing had happened!! He's bouncing of course so I'll be able to sleep tonight! :p Hope you enjoy your trip ! :bighug:
 
I'm so happy @Ti-Mousse is doing well today all things considered:) Hope you get some rest, but, I know after these events it's kind of unsettling, I know for us it is ,as they are so unpredictable :arghh:
Taco is showing us some greens already:D and we're ready for his antics if he should decide it's buffet time. The more I learn the less elaborate his buffets get ;) and believe it or not I don't test him as much as I used to.
I really wish he would quit fooling around with the 1.25 to 1.50.:mad: He can't decideo_O
Anyways, today is a good day for us so far and I hope for you too:bighug:
 
That's why we love them, they're full of surprises, not always good but... :p
I saw Taco had nice greens starting last night, he's preparing for the switch to 1.25:D
