Vomited supper after 3 hours.

Now, he's hungry, eats well! No signs of hypo but numbers don't seem to go up without food!

You want to test him every 30 minutes if he's dropping like he is. I can stay with you if no one else is here to help. how long since the last HC?

Can you confirm you are using a human meter?
I can also stay around.
I think I would also give a couple drops honey or Karo to get him up over 50 or higher as it’s still early in the cycle.....ETA. I see it is +7. Even so you need to get that number up
 
@Cindy&Taco yes I can stay but please don't feel you are not needed..often good to have a couple of people around at times like this. We have wild winds here in Aust at the moment so I'm hoping I don't lose internet connection.
 
I just rubbed his gums couple of times with syrup, I don't know if that's enough; first time I use his hypo kit! He's food motivated and always hungry!
Next test when needed after syrup probably ? Don't know how long after, maybe 30 minutes ??

You need a test now, please.
 
It is now 30 minutes since the last test. If you feel more comfortable test again now. otherwise test again in 30 minutes from now but don't leave it more than 1 hour from the last test

Easy now ;) I'm french also :)My mother was 100% french and I lived in France the first 10 years of my life. I love my french roots more than my American. ;) I've been in the US for 50 plus years. What I mean is when Taco goes low ,he likes to stay low for hours on end and gets a variety of foods and different carbs,as he's so hard to get his numbers up. He's been high lately and got a dose increase 3 shots ago, so usually he dips around the 3rd or 4th day. He started dipping tonight, so,I don't think it will be long till we have an all nighter, :)

If you feed straight away you should have 2 hours before AMPS.
You have earned a reduction down to 6.25 units.
However I don't know if he is going to be high enough for you to shot at AMPS. After a reading of LO he could be very sensitive to insulin, so you may need to skip. But let's see how he goes in the next two hours.

He's always hungry; if you think it could help, I can give him 1 tbs lc; if not, he's having breakfast in 2 hours!

when it started I was having supper, I just had a toast for breakfast while waiting for testing again; I can't wait to go to bed after his morning shot!! You must be fed up also !!
911 is gone;

One question: I increased 6 cycles ago from 6.25 to 6.75 U; am I reducing this morning shot to 6.25??

Yes, You need to reduce. I mentioned the dose in the post above.
However I don't know if you will be able to shoot at AMPS
I'm fine....it is only 8 pm here in Oz
