Just circling back to this dosage question, but i think im going to leave him as is because of how sensitive he is to insulin it seems. I started giving him a hydrating veterinary formula with his food and he seems to love it, so hoping his kidneys heal from whatever is occuring <3

It’s up to you but normally we’d suggest an increase to 1.25u provided you can monitor. However, if you feel he’s stable, considering his other issues, and it works better for you, it’s fine to leave him at 1u bid.
