Garfie Aug 20 pmps 256. Not sure what to do

His numbers seem high to me. he has started aventi kidney support. Been 2 days in on it. I give him .25 insulin should I increase it to .50 Since he's been high . If someone could look at his ss and let me know I'm not sure what to do. Wait for a few days see if he adjusts and comes down or increase his dose. I'm just not sure

He has done better I'm wondering if he's high because of kidney support powder he's on it for a month just wondering if I should increases from .25 to .50 or wait for another day

I think if you can monitor I would increase but see what the experts say. You did have a BCS 08/16 but no numbers on SS since 08/18. Can you get it updated?
