Full Moon

I have noticed that in a few spreadsheets beans note when it's full moon. I went to your slang dictionary to see see maybe that meant something else but nothing is there, so i'm assuming you guys really mean FULL MOON. Are you saying that you have seen a difference in values over a full moon? Do they go more up that usual or do the go more down than usual....Is any of this making sense, it's new moon tonight and enquiring minds want to know :?:

yes, after being on the board for a while people noticed that some cats could tend to have very wonky blood glucose readings around a full moon. sometimes much higher than normal, sometimes bigger drops, etc.

seems to happen particularly with white kitties (and maybe meezers), if i remember correctly. so during that period the normal rules might go out the window if people's kitties are affected by the moon.

Good question. Yes the reference is to that big white thing in the sky!

Some cats bg's are affected by the full moon and it is why its good to knOw when its coming so if u see weird bgs it may be attributed to it.

It never affected maui. But I have seen it affect others and they are called moon kitties

I am sure there I a technical explanation. I just don't know it

Kinda makes sense to me, I think the FM causes many things (besides bringin' out all the crazies!) Some women cycle with the moon. Personally, I think we all do unless there are other health things interfering. I've looked it up just bc I was curious and I'm pretty sure my cycle is related to the moon, though not the Full Moon. I was born as the moon became a First Quarter moon or waxing moon (getting bigger vs smaller) and when I dug out a bunch of my old calenders and checked... most of the time it looks like my "fertile time" would be right at or near the First Quarter Moon. I'd bet money that each time I got pregnant was during a 1st Q moon cycle.

BTW, Max is looking great!

I thought this was going to be a reminder that a full moon was coming. I think there's merit in keeping a closer eye on things right before, during and after a full moon.

Wow, well animals are always much more in tune with nature. This is quiet amazing. I'll make a note and check to see if there is any difference in my Max during that time.

Well considering her name...Moonie does get affected by the full moon--sometimes her numbers do go wonky, but after 3 days, she returns to normal--We have found a connection here. @-) @-) @-)

 Did someone say Full Moon? fll_moon
Where? When?

My kitty, Luna (heee heee) is a moon kitty, but in his case, he usually tossed up a nice little treat for me around full moon week

We even have beans who track the New Moon, The Blue Moon, what else is there? Half Moon  Seriously...right Pat/Shadow?
They like to have parties in their condo during these events.
