If you can get a test before you go to bed every night, that would be great. The closer you can test to Shadow's nadir, the better. I tend to like to get a +2. If the +2 is considerably lower than your pre-shot number, it's likely going to be an active cycle.
Right now, given the dose changes, I can't really tell when Shadow's onset and nadir occur. It might be useful if you could get a couple of days when you can get several spot checks so you can tell when these points in the cycle occur.
