Flufy came home today, still looks sick but I guess it will take a while for him to get better. Vet says that he has a UTI, maybe panceatitis, anorexic, fructosomine elevated, mildly liver enzymes, high level above 500, ketoacidotic diabetic crisis, possibly worsened by chronic pancreatitus, bladder/ kidney infection and pain from arthitis. He gave him Orbax , Metacam for pain, PZI insulin up to 2 1/2 unit 2xd, He is eating better. vet will check him in 1 week or sooner if he worsen. Feed canned diet only. Calorie control high protein. She likes Purina DM Bill out of sight :shock: but anything for my kitty. I am so thankful I had the money to pay. I think about all the other kitties who owners can not afford the bill and put them to sleep. Don't think I can afford many more bills like this.
