I'm having trouble getting the Paypal buttons to work--i think it may have something to do with the format of the new board. I'm going to keep working on it but in the meantime, let's get the orders rolling.
For now, these are the amounts for US orders only. I'm working out the details of the other orders but am blown away by the postage costs and am trying to see how I can get those lower. I probably can't but I'll try a little longer anyway.
1 calendar $24.00
2 calendars $48.00
3 calendars $75.00
4 calendars $96.00
5 calendars $118.00
6 calendars $140.00
7 calendars $160.00
8 calendars $180.00
9 calendars $200.00
10 calendars $225.00
For the few folks who order over 10 calendars, please send me a PM and I'll work out your costs for you.
Payment through Paypal is preferred. It does drive the costs up a bit but it eliminates the problem of lost checks and missed orders. Once you get your receipt from Paypal you can rest assured that I have your order. I will take cashier checks and money orders for those who do not have a Paypal account. Sorry, I cannot accept personal checks. Every time I've tried that, I've gotten at least 2-3 checks that have bounced which is a hassle (and expense) that I really do not need. Please PM me for a mailing address. If you do send a money order, please provide me with an email address as well so I can let you know when I receive it.

It would also be helpful if you could type # FDMB Calendars as a title. It will make it much easier for me to sort the receipts. (Yes, I print and sort every one!)
For those who are new to FDMB, please keep in mind that these are pre-paid orders. The calendars are not printed until I collect enough funds to do so. (since i am not independently wealthy!) It may take several weeks to receive your order but as long as you have a receipt that says you've paid, you will get your calendars. As soon as I collect at least $500 worth of orders, I will get the printing process started. The early birds may see their orders as soon as Thanksgiving.
I think that covers everything for now. Any questions, please contact me via PM as I'll be working later this week and most of my internet access will be via my Blackberry. It's easier to find a PM than to search for questions within this thread.
I'll come back and edit this thread when I have the Canada/Europe shipping costs sorted out.
