Coldenburg and Tommy kitty switching from vetsulin to lantus

Hi everyone! Happy friday!

Coldenburg has had Tommy on Vetsulin for a while now, had some scary moments earlier this year, and is now wanting to start lantus this weekend.
Questions on starting dose as well.
