? Dosing advise please

Tigger had an episode of vomiting/pancreatitis 7/10/24, no further problems with vomiting past vet visit . Labs on spreadsheet. On Lantus 1.5 for several months without issue. Have had to hold insulin during illness then trying to re-regulate, he was bouncing all around. Ended up on a schedule of noon and midnight, with trying to get him back to 8-8 schedule I screwed up just now and realized he was 3.5 hours late for his noon shot. Just gave .75units (1/2 current) dose, 3:30 pm here. Thinking to give a pm dose around 10 pm ( that would 6 1/2 hours after token dose) I just can't seem to get him back to normal times, knew there was something I needed to do earlier and just plainly forgot, I have to get him back to a more normal time so there will be routine. Any advise on where to go from here.
The reading around 600 last week total scared me to death, no readings like that in 3 years then a bunch of low readings to follow.
He is acting fine right now. His readings have always been a bit erratic, eats free fed plus steals the dogs kibble. Was on fancy feast for 2 + years until changed to Purina Pro Plus focus Urinary. (protein 35/ fat 61/ carb 4) Change was at least 2 months ago.

That’s too soon to give another shot. More than a half hour might act like an increase and your testing is so limited. Just skip and give the next shot at your normal time.
