I'm not using any translation app 
In Scandinavia we have English in school from the 3 grade. I'm not sure if the Italian have that too, but I think so. She clearly understands English at some level, otherwise it would be nearly impossible to become a member, maybe she just isn't comfortable writing it yet? I was very very uncomfortable the first few months
