Last Condo

Dose bump at the PM shot to the full 1u to kick off the holiday weekend. I'm very excited to have some time to rest and relax after what's been a frantic month. (Well, we'll see what the electrician says tomorrow)

Crowley's walking hasn't returned to normal yet but it's definitely getting there, so I'm excited about that.

I am sort of sad because I was originally going to go spend the long weekend with my parents, and my brother and his wife were going to be out too (they live ~6 hours away). Obvs that's not on the table anymore with Crowley.

And then I'm also NERVOUS because we're under a tornado watch rn and severe thunderstorms and the last time this happened my basement got filled with sewage, which is what kicked off August's chain of events. We're not supposed to get tornados here!!!! The city had better have fixed the sewers!!! Ahhh!!!

I hope Crowley’s walking improves quickly.

Stay safe with the tornado warnings. That’s always so scary. We have had them too on occasion and I hibernate in the basement with Ivy.

Thank you! Just a few weeks ago he was having mobility issues, so this is definitely an improvement! Like he's walking funky but it's not an impairment, yk?

But yeah, we never used to get them, but earlier this month we were huddling down in the basement! (See pics taken shortly before disaster and then memefied by my friend lmao) And then today so far at least it's like just be ready that it could be bad but it hasn't upgraded yet thankfully.

Stay safe! Bell back legs were affected by neuropathy when she was first diagnosed. She moves much better now but isn't super stable with her hind legs. I'm not sure if that is from the neuropathy since she also has some back issues. Good luck with the increase! Let's see some blues, Crowley!

We had the warnings too! Definitely not the norm in upstate NY. Of course I had volleyball tonight right during it, but Katie was home hunkering down with the guy. Hopefully it wasn’t too bad for you.

It's unfortunately becoming the norm up here, I'm afraid Luckily, I think the worst of the storms have passed here, but I saw some crazy pics out of Toronto.

Never say never. Once he becomes regulated, he might be able to go on car trips with you. Neko wasn't super fond of car trips, but as a diabetic she did travel to Fort Collins - twice, once by car (3 days) and once by plane, and she got to go on ferry trips with us to visit my parents. I've seen a couple members here take their diabetics camping!

idk he doesn't do very well in cars. My vet is <10 minutes away and we can rarely make it there without him shitting himself massively, vomiting, or both.
