Hi Kids:
Hope everybody is doing good today.
Vet visit went great. The ride was not what the kitties liked best but they were pretty good with it. No probs on the way there.
New vet said all the right things, was very kind, the staff made a big fuss over the cats, all really good. Tom was impressed with all of them.
With dosing he is on the same page as us. Actually said at the last lecture he went to on FD many vets do not aim for non diabetic numbers (like the numbers a non diabetic cat would have), so pre shoots in the 200s and nadirs in 100s is good to him as long as the cat has no symptoms and acts normal. He was impressed with your google spread sheet too
Both cats do need dentals and I think we’re going to get them both done at once. Our appointment is first week of April. Seems like traveling together is better even
tho they don’t like the car. For a variety of reasons this just seemed like the thing to do.
Both cats had accidents in their crates on the way home, I think we were practically home when it happened. Pee wasn’t bad since the towels in the crates took care of that, but Alby saw fit
to do #1 and #2, then sit/step in it, so we had a ruckus cleaning him up when we got home. Most was forgotten when we had a shrimp treat for being brave boys. Momma had a glass of wine
The trip didn’t seem to mess up Asher’s numbers, he was 290 something last night and this morning 249, so I ain’t complainin
Yay. Thanks for your support and good vibes. Rush rush tryin to get stuff done today. I’ll stop back later..... cat_pet_icon
