Carolynn's diabetes insepidus (sp) kitty Greta went into the vet this morning for what was supposed to be a routine dental...cleaning, lose a few teeth. Unfortunately, the vet found a massive tumor in Greta's mouth this morning. Carolynn is on her way to the vet right now.
This is only three weeks after she lost Rex.
Also, Robbie is also having a dental today and having several blood tests run to recheck some values and try to figure out some other things. She was nervous about both kitties today so to have this happen with Greta has really thrown her for a loop since we were only expecting stomotitis or a couple of bad teeth from the symptoms she was presenting.
So prayers are needed for Robbie to come through with flying colors and for Carolynn to find the strength to do what is best for Greta. Four kitties in six months simply sucks. There is no kinder way to say it.
Update: Carolynn has let Greta fly free to be with her boys.
