Canada Drugs Online Question

Hi everyone,
I don't know how to fill out the form for Canada Drugs Online, since I am not the patient (Stu is the patient), but it will be my credit card, address, etc. How do those of you who order Lantus from Canada fill them out?? Thanks!!!!!

Dont You need a prescripttion?? It doesnt matter who the patient is these days, as long as the credit card is good, BUT STU is a regular person's name!! :lol: I dont think it will matter--Moonstone has always been given her prescriptions even as a cat.
Vet would write out script anyway, so, as many of us have gotten from them, I think it will be OK.
Why not call first to see their procedures??

I don't remember filling out paperwork. I probably put J.D.'s name as he is the patient, and the mom's credit card pays for it.

I think when I tried to order from them (ultimately didn't because I needed the insulin NOW and it would take 10-14 days to ship), I filled it out like Max was my child and I was the parent. That should go through just fine, same as any other pharmacy. Children, like cats, can't sign for their own meds. You do need a Rx tho if you don't have one already, but your vet can fax it in to them for faster service. Once you fill out the forms for the order, it'll give you a form to print that your vet can fill out for the Rx, or you can tape the written Rx to it, mail it in, or fax it in.

Thanks, Guys, I just called them and they said to fill in the information for my "child", and then to give my own name, address and credit-card info. So that's what I'll do. We go to the vet today and I'll get a new prescription.
