? Can Eating a Lot Less Result in Lower BG, too?

Sister got <90 BG readings this week.

I am wondering if her eating so much less at mealtime is artificially lowering her BG numbers into the greens. Thoughts?

Are you trying to transition her onto a wet diet?
Or do you think she is nauseated? a bit more information would be helpful.
Also if you could link your previous post to the current one it would be helpful.
I would suggest getting a test in each pm cycle if you can. A before bed test is a good habit to get into.

When you say she is eating less….is she eating enough food or is she just eating less than she was.
It’s important that diabetic cats eat enough food every day

Yes, I am transitioning her to wet, which she licks and leaves.
I don't have a related post on this topic.
I do not know how much food she really needs, but since she is not starving enough evenings and mornings to eat the wet along with the dry, she's getting enough food.
She has gained 7 ounces in 40 days.
If she is nauseated, it is not enough to prevent her from eating Zero and Dr. Elsey's dry. She gobbles those.
Thanks.
