Hi
Sister has had loose poop a couple of times over the last 7-10 days.
I am constantly trying new foods to see what she is willing to eat for the wet to dry transition.
But this morning she had bloody diarrhea with some mucus. Twice.

Diet:
Started Dr. Elsey's Clean Protein CHICKEN 2 days ago (previously eating Elsey's TURKEY but the kibble was SO hard I had to pound it with a meat mallet).
She's getting FortiFlora sprinkled heavily on all wet food to entice her to sample it.
She's been getting Sheba pates (chicken, turkey, beef), FF pates (chicken, beef, liver, etc.) the Elsley's dry, and Friskies pates. But not eating much of ANY of the pates.
Also introduced new freeze-dried treats: Origen Regional Red (beef mostly) 2 days ago, and Life Essentials chicken week ago.
And finally, started VitaCost B12 Methyl 3 days ago when Sister finished the Zobaline brand.

My plan:
Start fresh chicken breast.
Eliminate all treats.
Go back to Elsey's Clean Protein chicken.
Eliminate the FortiFlora.
Stop the B12 capsules for now.

Advice?
Thanks

The B12 is not likely the issue. It’s probably all the food changes. They need to be done slowly or intestinal issues often happen.

Just saw Sister's SS. Looks like diarrhea is gone? I was gonna say I'd ask the vet because it was bloody. That would be concerning. But glad to see she's on the mend!

Yes, she had a normal poop last evening. So relieved! But sticking to the safer menu.
