Have you thought about buying bonemeal? I don't know if you could find organic, but you could use it instead of grinding the chicken bones.
Yes, thank you, I have researched this.
The company listed on catinfo.org, which supplies TC Feline, only ships within Canada.
Natascha at TC Feline referred me to Jim at knowbonespetsupply.com, which is here in the states, as they are a supplier of the TC Feline additive, but they don't sell retail, and there aren't any retailers in my area who carry this.
Then, since my cats did not like the Instinct Raw frozen food I tried giving them, I kind of gave up on the raw diet for a while. My concentration has been on lowering Pumbaa's numbers and changing the diet for my Border Collie so that she will lose some weight. I now cook chicken for Beck, the Border Collie, and give her ground cooked chicken as well as ground veggies, instead of kibble. Beck is doing great on this new diet, and I am happy about that!
Then, I also cook for my mom, and make sure she has low fat, low salt meals all week long.
*sigh* I wind up eating less than healthy foods frequently because I'm too pooped after doing all of the above to still take time to cook healthy for me, too!
Anyway, if I wind up doing raw for my cats and dog, I will invest in the recommended
Tasin TS-108 Electric Meat Grinder.
