someone had mentioned an auto/timed wet food feeder in one of the threads but now I can’t find it. Has anyone tried using one? If so, your thoughts and which one did you use.

My kitty is learning to eat wet food. When I put it in a bowl, he pushes it all to one side. He doesn't really bite it. I've been giving his food to him on a saucer and he does fine. Does it seem like he will be able to eat from this? I'm looking mainly for snacks.

Hi Stephanie , I don't seen why not, ,I know it's expensive they also have the stainless steel inserts to put into the auto feeder. You can always return everything if Korey a problem with it

Some people like to buy the stainless steel inserts because they don't like their cats to eat out of plastic bowls because some might get acne so they buy the inserts

I have two of these and I've been using them for a while. Not every day only when I'm expecting to not be back at home in time for meals. So far no problems.

I also recommend the Surefeed microchip pet feeder if you are trying to keep a cat from getting into someone elses food. It is not an autofeeder, but it does prevent cats that do not have a microchip that is registered with the feeder from getting into it.
