Thanks, so much, Kim for sticking with us! Yeah, I had thoughts about the am cycle hanging out in the back of mind, but honestly was just praying there would be an am cycle to worry about!
Thanks, Carl, Sue, Robin and Donna, too - it was comforting to see familiar names were online and with us tonight!!
So - thoughts about the am cycle? I'm asking now because most of y'all will be asleep when 2:30am comes
I know Hershey got a couple of bites of Oreo's food at 2:30 this morning, but it couldn't have been more than a couple of bites since there was only 3/8 of a can before Oreo ate. Do y'all have any ideas on how we can avoid another heart pounder like tonight's? Looking at his SS, does anything jump out that we did wrong? (His SS is caught up all but the details from tonight which I will add in just a few.)
Have y'all had to take your kitty to the vet during a hypo? I was trying to figure out what kinds of information to gather. I grabbed a little cash and the debit card and was thinking of maybe putting the SS on a jump drive so didn't have to take time to print it out (and hope for no printer probs), written details of the hypo event, testing equip, karo, higher carb food, phone number and directions to the ER...I need to get his test results from the vet...and, of course, a cooler bag with water and snacks for the beans. (I carry one almost everywhere we go, just in case.) Anything else?
