Sorry to get off topic, but I have this box in my SS and am afraid to click on anything. I did see the topic on changing SS, but I don't see anything on the bottom of my SS, so I was leaving all alone. Here's what comes up in the middle of my SS:

New! Sharing just got easier.
You can now set the visibility of each of your Google Docs files to be as public or private as you want. And you can still add individual editors or viewers.
Public on the web
Anyone on the Internet can find and access.
Anyone with the link
Anyone who has the link can access.
Private
Only people explicitly granted permission can access.

You've got your link incorrect...

Please go to the tech forum and read the SS sticky there. Or, there are also instructions found here. Looks like you've got the basics, just need to fine tune.

You want to check "public on the web" I think. This is a new thing, so I'll go check it out and add the info to the SS instructions when I get a chance.
