Hmm. His nadir is good, so you really don't have room to increase. Are you sure he's only getting low carb wet food?

You may need to consider a switch to a depot insulin like Lantus or Levemir, they generally produce flatter cycles vs these big swings.

It's hard to tell if he's bouncing and then clearing the bounce fast...if that's the case, just have to be patient until his body gets used to it.

Wolvi gets wet food all day only a spoon of feringa cold pressed dry (3.8-5.2) at midnight because otherwise he cries all night.
Two years ago he went OTJ like that
