J.D. is fine. He's just waiting to be fed.

There will be strangers in my house today, while I'm at work. Some kind of fire inspection in the condo complex. My upstairs neighbors will let them in, and watch my cats don't get out. The cats will have stories to tell me when I get home.

that's a nice looking number there for JD! Hope all goes well with the inspection and your kitties don't get too upset!

J.D. ate his nummy breffis and is currently giving himself an after meal bath in his bed by the sliding glass doors.
It's a fairly large dog bed. I wanted one that both cats can sleep in together.

Very nice start to J.D.'s day Dyana. Hope the kitties can ride out having intruders.

And thanks for the mojo tips.

Dyana, if your kitties are anything like my cats, they'll spend the day under the bed, when people are there.
Wonderful start to JD's day. :-D

J.D.'s fur is extra soft tonight, so I guess he surfed for a while, today.
Right now he is outside enjoying what little outside time he can, before it becomes totally dark out there.
I'm off to join the kitties...

He seems to do 24 hour cycles, if you ask me.. and his low is right before I leave for work, or close to it. Silly cat.

I got a call today from the people who lost their cat at my vet's office on Friday, August 13th. They found their cat today!!!!!
He was found within a couple hundred feet of the vet hospital where he was lost 2 1/2 months ago. He was skinny and full of fleas and walking with a limp. She was taking him in to get his rabies shot, and he broke out of his carrier as she opened the door to walk into the vet. So, 2 1/2 months later, he finally got his rabies shot. She said that all the vets were examining him, and that the entire staff were clapping when she walked in.           viewtopic.php?f=9&t=22759&p=227568&hilit=lost+cat#p227568
The couple were so devoted to finding him. They live 20 miles away, and would call me sometimes because I live 1/4 mile from the vet, when they had a sighting. I am sooooo happy for them! They never gave up.

What a wonderful end to that story....I am sooo happy for that little kitty and for those Beans....
my goodness, all that time...isn't it wonderful that they never gave up Hope...

Thank you for sharing that with us Dyana!

Oh, Dyana, I love this happy story about the found kitty! I can imagine the sheer joy of finding their cat after two and a half months! Wow. Thank you for giving us a smile!

And I did have to laugh at your comment about J.D. always seeming to give the lowest numbers right before you leave for work. What a little stinker! LOL!

The story about the lost kitty is certainly a miracle! I am so happy that he has been reunited with his family.
