ok.. so my budget calipers have been a revelation.
i looked at 1U.. checked the numbers.. lines seem to match up well. there is a veryyy small space where the arms dont close completely tho they do pretty much, thinking negligible but not sure if is a problem.. (???) also no ones place on screen, but am wondering if thats ok.. so only tells me tens.. ex. 1.2 mm
dosing has been alllll over the place. It would appear that 3.0 is not 3.0.. he also got almost .3-.4 less today…. Compared to previous days. and numbers sometimes off by at least .2… .3… .5 nearly….. (i started dating syringes some time ago.. thought it’d be a good idea..)
so just want to make sure doing correctly with these syringes: the ReliOns have a rim that juts out so I cant put the caliper flush with the barrel by zero/starting line; sometimes zero line is near where plunger edge on the perfect ones but mostly been eyeing where the zero line should be by the putting the bottom edge of the top arm there right where the plunger begins on the barrel, since medicine stops when that hits the top right (supposed to anyway) making sure to push the plunger right towards the top so it goes up as much as it will so the line starts right where medicine should also thus start (?).. is this ok? because otherwise i dont know how to measure with that rim ring in the way, unless to place calipers next to that til it touches barrel.. or start caliper right there and try to eye it best i can; touching barrel is best for that eyeing tho..
also, i had challenging (mean!!!) math teachers that shook my confidence in my math; know im kinda ok.. but if someone can check some numbers i got.. for ex. 4.5 mm is 3.4 U..
4.6 mm is 3.48 U..
4.4 mm is 3.3 U.. so on..
plz let me know.
ive gone back over the sheet to look at past doses and the results we got and have a much better idea at doses.. im just hoping i calibrated and computed things ok. Mostly atm just going to continue finding similar syringes and see.. until i know more about using the calipers properly/hear back. hopefully what i said makes sense.

Feel kinda upset but happy to know.. will be double checking numbers but pretty certain.. want to buy a nice fancy caliper when get a chance.. tho might not be needed ~ this ones pretty nice! lightweight too (Harbor Freight completely out of the one suggested here again.. using this one: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hyper-To...6?classType=REGULAR&athbdg=L1200&from=/search)
ugh numbers today.. little bit stinky
