I suppose if I had waited a few more minutes it would be under 54. Geeez Curry. I thought you had enough deep sea fishing girl.

She's been more active this morning. Helping me pack for my move this month. My civie is being very playful as well.....of course I don't want Curry to start playing chase w/Sidney otherwise her glucose will drop even more.

Now Curry and Sidney are playing chase....Slow down Curry....no running just yet....let some of the insulin ware off first yound lady. They think its Fall now... NOT....in Houston anyway...its still hot here although a tad cooler.

During Curry's scuba diving adventure just learned that my neighbor had passed away early this morning. Ambulance arrived this morning...just pronounced him dead a little while ago. Sweet man who was on dialysis, but looking poorly these last couple of days. Rest in peace Fred.

Hope Curry keeps surfing for you and doesn't go diving. Sometimes I wonder what the kitties see is diving . It's terribly overrated.

So we had some playtime at +9...wonderful time chasing the string toy.....She's been very alert and active today. What a difference lower BG can make in terms of behavior.

Decided to test at +10 - 109. Ummm. It will be interesting to what her +11.5 is....

Got alot of packing done today.....And a much needed nap....No biking today.....Just as I was leaving to bike I noticed my chain was off the spokes and then saw rain clouds in the sky...torrential downpour insued...back home......groceries.....lunch and zzzzzzzzzzzzz's. I do love sleeping when its raining.

Ok....+11.5 is 92. Definitely the lowest she's ever been. Shot at 124 the other night. She actually dropped from +10 - 109 to +11.5 92

Will check again at +12. Hoping it goes up a bit. Shooting a 92 feels too low for me.

Thoughts, ideas, words of wisdom???

Don't feel comfortable giving you advice, but I can ask the questions that will undoubtably come...Home tonight? HC on hand? Plenty of test strips? :lol:

This is just a double dip, it's ok to shoot those (you can call it a double dip because there was already a nadir earlier in the cycle, then she went back up and dipped again).

I'm not comfortable giving advice either. Someone will weigh in soon. Are you around to test tonight? I'm a pretty big scaredy cat with the lower numbers but I will shoot the normal amount if I am going to be home and have plenty of HC and strips... and access to this board of course ;-) .
Hopefully someone can help you out soon.

Oh yeah. I'm sure she'll drop some here tonight. She was resting during the first hour. She's a bit more alert now....usually see this when her numbers start to drop. Don't know how much, but will test until I see a definite rise in her numbers. Nadir is usually +3 or +4 (usually).

OK, Curry was caught "licking" Sidney's food bowl which was sitting beside me at dinner time. Have to separate their food....Sidney eats the EVO kibble. Anyway, I'm now wondering if Sidney didn't finish her food and Curry ate it. Ummmm. Sidney is acting like she didn't get to eat all her dinner..... ohmygod_smile

I really didn't think anything about it until now.

Or as Ronnie said...maybe her nadir time is changing.
