I have to take Max to the vet for a BP check today and get a refill on his amlodipine, if that’s what the vet chooses to continue. Dreading that. Wild cat still hates the car. Feliway it is, that helps.
I need to pick up supplies before all the rain from the hurricane gets here tomorrow. Kids coming after that, then I have to finish a project. Busy day so I hope Max will behave and not do anything too drastic, because you know that’s what cats do. He will be mad at me, but seems really content and happy so far this morning.
A friend that I worked with has a cat, also a ginger tabby named Max, who was diagnosed with diabetes yesterday. I talked to her a little bit about that last night. I’m thinking she is overwhelmed right now, but I’m going to try and see if I can get her to join here. I’m sure the vet advice she’s getting isn’t what we do, but we will see how that goes.
