I'm pretty sure it's a hairball.....I think. :roll: She's been very flat in this range since her pmps last night. I can tell she's not feeling so hot onna counta it's pouring out and she's right here all cuddly and purry. In fact, if she tries to get any closer to me, she'll be behind me.

k, I'm off to take nephew to school then to pick up some hairball gel, I hope they have the vetbasis. Does anyone know if the vetbasis will help kick the hairball out, or is it mostly a preventative measure?

shouldn't hurt, give it a try. i suspect it may send it out the other end :razz: but who cares which end it goes out, sugarballs don't belong in a kitty

let me know if you find vetbasis. haven't been able to find it anywhere :(

Nope, no vetbasis. I tried to look online too and it seems the vetbasis has it on backorder but I also read it's discontinued. I didn't get anything else because I don't what's ok to use for a sugar kitty.

So now what's gonna happen is, I'll crack open a new cartridge tonight, add some fat to her dose and then she'll chuck-up her ball and drop like a rock. She likes to do that so I won't know if it was the lantoos being toast or the the hairball or the dosecrease, it's more fun for her that way.
 
that sounds like a plan, it will be rewarding for Punk and fun for the rest of us to watch. :lol:

My pet food store lady recommended salmon oil for hairballs. I've seen people here use the oil from tuna cans too. Or Vaseline.

I added half a twist to the dose, did not crack open a new cartridge. If no hairball tomorrow, she gets the new cartridge and keeps the half twist. Maybe a call to the vet for the ABs? I dunno, I'm open to ideas. These numbers are killing her BGPA!

Eeees bedtime now, early day tomorrow.

"half a twist" sounds like I made her a martini.
