Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty had a good night (partying, and sleeping). But the morning so far has been not so great. I think I gave a fur shot this morning, but the vetty smell obscured it, so I don't know for sure. (He complained loudly and pulled away just as I was shooting.) It's typical that I should give a fur shot just when it matters most not to give one! We tried to put the dental rinse on his gums this morning, but he would have none of it. I don't know if we'll make another attempt. He doesn't seem to have any problems eating! Edward, who stepped on his tail last night because he can't see very well, almost stepped on Rusty again this morning, and now Rusty is hiding under the futon (where he never goes) from the dental rinse and Edward! I feel terrible about the whole morning.
I have to leave now to take my car in for servicing. If I don't get back by lunchtime, Edward will give Rusty his lunch. It's too early for a test (it would be too depressing to see a higher number than AMPS!), so we will see later whether or not any of the insulin got in.
Thank you all for your support yesterday. We are so lucky that Rusty didn't have to have any teeth pulled and that he doesn't have bladder stones.
Everyone have a good day today. We send good thoughts to all kitties not feeling well.

Hi Kitties. That was a great Full Harvest Moon party! It was purrfect. Thanks for all the treats and the KTSS treatment (it's beginning to work), and thanks to Chef Mannie for the wonderful idea to prepare the menu he and Chef Stu prepared for this party last year. That meant a lot to my mamabean. See you all later. Let's chillax!
