While some people say they can go 3-5 months on a vial, this has not been the case for me. I believe my last vial started losing efficacy at just under 3 months (and I do keep it refrigerated). It's just something to keep an eye on.
Yes, I see where he hit a 67 on 8/27, and I had missed that earlier when I was looking at his ss. And he has had a few 70s. Those are all safe numbers--definitely not too low. If it were me, since remission early-on is the goal, I would just ask if there is anything you need to do right now. They may tell you that you don't have room for an increase and to put on your "patience pants." But what I wouldn't want to do is keep him at a dose too long if increasing will give him better numbers and possibly get him closer to remission. This is the place where we can have those conversations with experienced people. Having said that, please...don't feel pressured. You need to do what you think is best for you and Xander--and I completely respect that.
