Yeah, 1.5 just seems like too much. I was wondering if I should go back to the 1.25 or just 1. I guess it partially depends on the PS, huh? I use the U40 syringes, so I can't measure it small increments like .2, .3, etc. When I do 1.25, I'm really just estimating. Maybe I should get the U100 syringes?
Currently, I have been feeding her the wet portion of her food right before her insulin and the dry part about an hour after. (Still working on going all wet.) I think part of the drop today was that my husband didn't make sure she ate all of her dry. It looked to me like she ate 1/3 of it. She ate the rest at about 4+. So maybe the insulin got ahead of the food? I dunno. But I could definitely leave a little extra food out tonight.
