We’ve been spoiled by her flattish greens and low blues and I figured Moonie’s PMPS spiked from the scary vacuums used by the cleaning ladies who come once a month. But she’s a bit high again this morning. Were the vacuums just that scary? Was it because Parker used her scruff to inject? Did she read our condo yesterday discussing a vacation dose and wanted to preview what it would look like?

It’s a mystery. Hopefully she comes down nicely for us throughout the day.

At least her appetite is back to normal and I haven’t found any soft stools in the litter box yet.

This week was crazily busy for me and I’m just really looking forward to the weekend. We’re almost there - happy Friday everyone and safe surfing (and healing vines) to all the beautiful kitties!

And no I don’t know why she sleeps like this 🤣🤣🤣

Sometimes their BGs just remain a mystery. Mister continues to puzzle me. I’ve been making an effort to focus more on the clinical signs rather than the numbers lately and it’s really helping with my overall mental state. I have you to thank for so much of that mindset. I’m so so glad Moonie is improving and feeling more like herself again. Happy Friday!❤️

Yeah vacuums are pretty scary. She doesnt look so bothered tho with that cute pose! Diabetes is a complete mystery to me. Just when you think you have it all figured out, something happens and you are stupid all over again (thats me, not you, haha)

If only! I'm still working on getting Wilbur, our most dog-like cat, used to a harness so we can take him out on walks. He's the one who gets cranky if we don't take him out in the car for a joyride every few days.

After everyone's suggestions yesterday, I feel like we need to host the next FDMB meet-up in Ireland!
 
Moon Moon is going up the lemon tree tonight. Now we’re getting paranoid about her Lantus pen because it’s in the same lot as the other one we tossed for having a weird floatie though we’re probably being paranoid. We’ll see what her numbers look like tomorrow before deciding whether to try a new pen.
