Thanks, Jane. I am praying the J-Man is going to behave so I can like go to the park for a little. I am sick of the basement, it's summer here. Which is probably like your winter I imagine heh.

This early in the cycle, you need to get those numbers up.
The food may take 20 minutes or so, to affect is BGs, but I think if he's not rising by your next test, then go ahead and add 2 drops of karo or honey to his HC gravy and see if he'll eat that.

OK, that's a little bit better. Like to see him get up to 60ish or higher as you're still theoretically 3 hours from nadir.
Test in another 20? I'd go with the gravy rather than the LC, unless someone else thinks different?

Go with the gravy. It's early in the cycle and onset has just begun.

If you didn't give any when you got that 47, I'd say now. It might not show up until the test after your next one though.

His low points have been creeping towards AMPS the last three days its freaking me out. I didn't feed him at 8-9 AM (a few hours before pre-shot) the last two mornings now that I think about it.

I would test again in 15 or 20 minutes from your last test. Come on BJ into the 50s you go, and then into the 60s, Big Boy.

Same process (or lather, rinse, repeat in Lantus-slang). You want to see Bj hanging in the 50s or a little above.

He can eat his normal amount, but no more HC, for now. I think he's on his way up, but you never know. Cats will be cats.

That sounds fine. Don't be surprised if he isn't a lot higher at PMPS tonight. It's just his liver reacting to what it isn't used to.

Hm. First black in six days. Yikes. It's wierd, yesterday was so flat and today is fifty foot waves.

I'm sorry, I guess no one told you, that you could have given him his regular dose since he was so high at PMPS and then reduced it in the morning. He's coming down fairly quickly though. Keep coming down, nice and easy, Bj.
