Good Morning Everyone,

Another PINK start to the day--the highest PINK recently. I shot a "slightly skinny" 1 unit (ss1.00 on the spreadsheet) and am hoping that this is indeed a bounce from August 2nd, nighttime, that is taking some time to clear (he was so high at bedtime last night that I doubt he went low overnight last night). We'll see what happens today, but I'm thinking we might have to go back up to a skinny 1.25, or maybe a fat 1.00. Or maybe even a regular 1.25. Stu is drinking more water recently and peeing larger quantities and that worries me. It may just be the hot, humid weather, or he may have something going on. He is going to have bloodwork done on Aug. 25th, when his dental is scheduled, and that may provide a clue. He has lost about 1 1/2 lbs. since early April and the vet wants to check that out.
On to the WCR: Breakfast installments 1, 2, and 3 eaten; litterbox activity copious; the garden has been circumnavigated; the kitty cube is now occupied by a lounging cat. Test at +2.5 about to be given: 259-- he's coming down!

Interesting with Stu - Maybe you do need to up his dose? I know all my kitties all have been drinking more - we get sun and they hit the water dish - could be the same for Stu? I think it is good that he will be having BW done soon, and very good on the dental - if he needs one, maybe that too explains the higher numbers the past few mornings. Nice to see the 259 @ +2... heck Maybe Stu just wants to run us all through our paces....

And I need to get some of those kitty cubes!

You may have won with those AMPS this morning, but I beat you later on.
At least YOU are going in the RIGHT direction now. I am not. :sad:
I hope you are feeling okay buddy...thinking of you today.
It's always hot here in Florida during the summer....
My sister is in one of our cubes.
She won't let me go in though. :sad:
She slept there all night and is still in there today!
Those are really neat though...hope you enjoy your rest in your cube.

Everyone's talking about these cubes; what are they? They sound FUN! We had a close AMPS this morning but you beat me by 20 points. Maybe we should head to Mannie's to keep him company while his bean is gone. We could pick up Blackie on the way. See you later!

Stu, your'e coming down, I brought the rainbow board last night, but I couldn't stay. I was getting dizzy up there. I hope we can both go lower today and surf w/ the others. We're about the same right now. -- Tess

I hope it's just the weather. Tess tends to go and drink more when she gets hungry. She leaves the water bowl right away when I start to prepare food. Maybe Stu is telling you to feed him more so he can bulk up.

Hi again, Stu has decided to dive down and hit the greens!! I'll never be able to figure all of this out! Anyway, I didn't feed any higher % food yet because I don't want to cut short his green surf. If he's still dropping significantly at +7, I'll take measures. But I think the 71 and 61 at nadir time are great numbers.
So Mr. Cat has his green board and if I can get him out of his cool bathroom he'll meet you all at the beach.

I had to stop by seeing this not so lovely shade of high pink for Stu.
However I was very happy to see he has come donw to these terrific greens.
Way to go Stu!!! Always need some drama right.
Looks like a great timt to surf the greens.

I hope you are all enjoying the great summer we have been having.
Max's misses some of your cookig. His mama bean might have missed a
party or too.
(ps, Max has a new baby sister kitten in the house that worships the
ground he walks on, we call her Izzy)

Hi Randi, So great to hear from you. A new kitty for Max! How wonderful! I'll bet that he's getting some exercise playing with his baby sister!
I was in Plattsburgh last week (was getting very low on Walmart strips and had to make a quick trip). We really do have to schedule a meeting there this fall. All is well here. The summer has been too hot for my liking, but it will seem cool in comparison to NYC, where we're heading next week.
Glad to hear you are having a good summer. Stu sends greetings to his pal, Max.
