Pozdravljeni.
Lepo prosim za nasvet. Mici ima vnete ciste na seskih. Vem, da jo boli, zato ima zadnje dni tudi višji sladkor. Dajem ji 1x na dan injekcije proti bolečinam. Naročena je za operativno odstranitev. Zanima me ali v tem primeru povečam inzulin, da številke sped padejo ali ostanem na istem?

Mislim, da bi povečal na .75. Kako se počuti Mici? Ali ondansetron pomaga?

Zjutraj je opaziti, da se ne počuti dobro. Da jo boli. Ne dovoli, da se jo dotikam po trebuščku. Zajtrk zaužije normalno. Po injekciji, ki jo dobi ob 2 popoldan, je boljše, jo lahko božam po trebuščku. Zvečer je razigrana. Hrani se normalo, lula in kaka tudi.

Mici has inflamed cysts on her nipples. I know she's in pain, that's why her sugar has been high for the last few days. I give her painkillers once a day. It has been ordered for surgical removal. I wonder if in this case I increase the insulin so that the sped numbers fall or stay the same?

Upam, da bo zvišanje prineslo nižjo GK. Vam dajo zdravila proti bolečinam?

Danes je imela zadnjo injekcijo proti bolečinam. Oteklina se je zmanjšala. Gre na boljše, vendar vseeno priporočajo odstranitev cist.

Mici has an operation on 9/19.

She had her last painkiller injection today. The swelling has gone down. It's getting better, but they still recommend removing the cysts.
