Yesterday's Condo

Mannie had a decent day yesterday - blue cycles, with a little trip to the yellows, ending up with a nice low blue cycle last night. Go kitty! Perhaps this is a well -duh: but it is apparent that getting a snack or small meal at +8/9 gives us a good start, aka yellow or blue, at amps. Come to find out - DH tells me that he missed a couple last week :roll: - the amps the following morning were high pinks. hmmmmm - no missing those +9 DH. I hope Mannie has a great day today.

Mannie is in a great mood this morning! It must have been the party at Ginger's last night - and all that cookin', grillin' and dancin' - he has been chattering non-stop about all the fun he had, and how cute Ginger is. We found a few left-over turkey burgers in the frig this morning. All 5 P's accounted for, heavy on the purrs this morning. Breffis #1, and #2 eaten, waiting on #3. Napping is now in order, after his tour on the interior, a few whaps for his civvie sisters.

Have a great Monday everyone! Some errands to run today. I hope Mannie will be good, stay safe while I am gone. And once again we will plan this weeks hike(s), and hope that I can go.

Hope you get a chance to enjoy a hike or two this week. It's going to be in the 90's here for most of the week, looks like it will be pool side for me!

yay! - we seem to be coming down - looks like a yellow surf for a while today - maybe back to blue by pmps?

OK all you chicken soup cookers: Spot and Moonie and Tess and everybody - over to my place and we will make a killer batch of soup for Stu! Hey Tess - what a terrific idea for the Curative Catmint Comfort Tea for Stu - awesome. We have to take care of our buddy!! I am so STOKED that we get to go to Ginger's again tonight - this is just like camp Stu last month. YIPPIE!!!! Hey Shad-O I will bring Stu with me when we come to Ginger's - I want to make sure he makes it safely.... ~~ Mannie

Great weather here today: sunny. blue skies, and finally 60. We will plan a hike for tomorrow, and make that a go no matter what the weather. Now I just need to cooperative kitty. perhaps a few whispers in the ear....

Mannie is getting good numbers lately - you must be pleased. I hope you get another day like today so you can go for a hike. Your hike pictures are beautiful.

So, thank you for empathizing with me in my condo...and you may come up and visit us on the Ledge, but don't expect to see fun people up there. We will be feeding our faces no doubt,in between the gnashing of the teeth and the mournful wailing...
But Mannie is doing very well now...I antijinxed what you said to me...so you keep on enjoying his success and don't think he will slide backwards. Never anticipate something like that. Deal with it IF it comes, but don't think it will happen... :mrgreen:
You know, I was scrolling down the list of condos looking for you so I could post to you...and then realized I SHOULD be looking for MANNIE"s condo...not MICHELLE'S. :o No wonder it took me so long. Did you ever do that? duh. (Ok, please don't repeat that to anyone.) I guess I am bonkers. Sad too, I think i was pretty together not so long ago. :YMSIGH:

Hi Michelle! I hope you are able to get your hike in tomorrow, with a safe kitty and beautiful weather. You were in the 50s today for temps? Blech. Although Monique looks like she's got it pretty bad weather-wise, too. Hoping for a nice blue surf tonight and tomorrow for Mannie. :-D

Pat - howdy! And yes - I hate to admit it but yes - I forget sometimes who I am looking for, and then the where are they, with an oh yeah - kitties name. duh....
and yes with what you said. It has taken us forever to get where we are - and i still hold my breath when I take that first read of the day... and yes I know better than to think he will slide - i enjoy every minute of this - very pleased, and hooray!

Hi Ele - thanks! I am - can't believe Mannie's good fortune! Very pleased indeed. And thanks on the photos - I take way too many pictures, just don't want to forget all the gorgeous things I see when I am out there. Not uncommon for me to come home from a hike with 400 photos. ridiculous!

Hi Sarah - another one that does that - phew! and yes - 50 this morning - 48 predicted tomorrow. cool, but sunny. Thanks - I hope I can go tomorrow too. They say rain - 40% chance, but i am backing on luck that I will get the 60% that is not... Will be cool up there though - mountain temp predicted to be 40. brrrr...

Hey Mannie, You heard what your mamabean said: you have to have safe numbers tomorrow so she can go on her mountain hike. So be a nice kitty and cooperate!! Nice calm night for Mannie. He's been a snuggle bunny this evening - curled up on the sofa with us. Unusual of late, but like what he used to do. Forgive the thought - but just like in the winter when the nights are cold, and the leaves are falling... kitty forecaster? noooooo - not yet! I'm not done with summer.

197 @ +4. sometimes mellow days are good.
