A nice number last night +7 191. Hopefully he won't go high during this AM but so far he is in the yellow.

Had to go buy compost and take my sister grocery shopping (she broke her foot), so this is the first check I could do. I am encouraged but will hold back on the shouting enthusiasm. +4 241 - No ketones and giving a snack
