8/29 Curry AMPS 243 +5-93

Have no idea why her AMPS was elevated this morning.

She threw up bile early this morning around 4 am and around 5 am yesterday. If I leave food out during the night she doesn't eat it. May just have to set the alarm to give her a 1 or 2 am snack. Or maybe give more food in the evening. She doesn't throw up during the day at all...Go figure. She is still overweight...giving her about 150 from the canned food..plus any snacks. She hasn't lost or gained weight in the last month. She weights 11 lbs.

I wish she would drop her numbers in the evening as opposed to in the morning. Hey, Curry, did ya hear that. I'm a bit fearful of leaving her and going to work when her numbers are dropping and I'm not here to monitor the BG. That worries me the most.....On second thought, that scares the holy $@^%& out of me.

Tena...GREAT job monitoring Curry this morning!! Wow!! See how that food brought her up?

So, at 1am or 2 am...what time would that be in the cycle? +6 or so?

Not sure what others will say about the vomiting bile, but I think they might do that when they are hungry. Keep an eye on that though, ok? Not sure what else it might be,so just make note of it.

I set my alarm for 3am which is our +7 and I test Shadow and give both of them a snack. I have been doing that since November and I must say that the broken sleep is not fun. But, that being said, I really do not fully awaken I think. I am used to staggering out to the kitchen and do my chores and then I head right back to bed and fall into another deep sleep. Some people cannot go back to sleep when they get up like that. I do know that I write his number and then really look at it in the morning over my coffee.
UNLESS it is low and then I am shocked awake
If she won't eat on her own in the middle of the night, maybe you could try doing that..i you want and can.

Does she eat when you leave her and go to work? I hope so....are you working today?

PMPS was 195.


Yeah, I think its a hunger thing. 2am is about +8. I want to feed her a few hours before I test her in the morning. She came to sleep w/me last night around 2 ??? Thinking she may have been hungry then.


She'll eat before I go to work in the mornings but won't eat food left out during the day.

No work today. Back tomorrow.
