As many times as I've walked Suzanne through it, I really think she knows what to do to keep LT safe though.

She knows she needs to keep testing for at least 2 hours from the last time she has to intervene with high or medium carb food before she relaxes. (just a reminder Suzanne ;) )
 
Oh goody! That's a good surfing number on your meter. He should be getting close to nadir now. I'd test again in an hour to make sure he's holding and unless he starts dropping off more than a wee bit, go back to steering with low carb if needed at +5. If you are Ok now, I'm going to call it a night.

Lt and I have it from here. I'll check again at +5, as you say, and if ok, will give him a bit of the LC and call it a night myself. Thank you for your experienced help through the night. All of you that help are so wonderful.
