Today started off pink....and his +2 of 390 really freaked me out as we went in the wrong direction! I think he might've grabbed a few pieces of Thunders dry food (he always tends to leave 2 or 3 pieces), so that's the only thing I can think of to make Lightning spike so quick.

But now we are doing good in the mid yellows. Off to dinner so hopefully once we get back he'll give me a better number

Sometimes it's hard to remember that a 30+ point difference when a cat's in the pinks is just 10%. The difference between your AMPS and +2 was well within the 10 - 20% that can result from meter variance. In other words, they were pretty much the same number. On the other hand, I like the PMPS a lot better!

Well that makes me feel alot better because when I saw it, I DID NOT like it! But knowing the % makes me think about it in other ways than just the actual number. So thanks for that Sienne!

We are at +2 again and down 10 pts...moving in the right direction.....I'd LOVE to see some blues tonight too...Come on Lightning!!

Welp, back into the pinks before we go to bed. My DBF left the top to a container of ice cream on the counter and we found Lightning licking it. Not sure how much ice cream was stuck to the top of if, but since his BG went up I can only assume he got some. So that sucked!

Off to bed, hopefully tomorrow will be better!
