Hi all,

Savannah is @ 195 for her pmps, I can shoot right?

Savannah is 250 and now I am an hour late giving her insulin, any thoughts on how much I should give? Maybe I should just give her the same amount and see how she does?

I know I'm really excited about it! Okay I will go with the same amount. I am home. I'm actually home until the last week in August, I teach so I get the summer's off :-D We thought it would be a good time to switch her because we (my husband is a teacher too) are both home. I am worried about how to do all of this when we get back in the fall...

I agree with Ronnie. You need to be as consistent as possible both with shot time and dose in order for Lantus to do what it does best. Lantus likes consistency.

Could you also change your subject line? We use a particular format so we can find your posts. Today's subject line should read:
8/2 Savannah AMPS 250​
Since you wanted dose input, you can then add that to the subject line (you change the subject line in your first post of the day) and then remove the request when you get the help you needed.
