I think his neuropathy is improving. Dare I hope it could happen so fast? He has been on Zobaline for only a week. His legs didn't get bad until late June. I have a picture of him on the kitchen counter in mid June so he could still jump that high then. But starting in late June, he could no longer jump that high and his legs started giving out and wobbling when he walked and he would sit down after walking a short distance. Now he has a little bounce in his step and he isn't wobbling as much.
It doesn't look to me like the insulin is working as well as it used to. How can that be? 2.5 units used to pull it down lower than 3.75 units are now... why? Is his body fighting harder? Is the Lantus no longer viable? I just don't get it.
