I don't like that number. I don't know if food was involved - she barely ate her +9 snack and I was just tired so I left it out for her. Sometime this morning before we got up, I heard her snuffling away on the bed and I wonder if she'd just eaten. Still - I don't like that number.

Poor appetite. Got her to eat just about 1 Tbsp this morning. That sucks too. However, she just went and ate some FF on her own, so hopefully she'll make up for that smaller breakfast.

Very congested again today - I can hear her breathing most of the time.

Hi Krys. It was nice talking to you on the phone before the reunion. I wish you could have made it. I hope Kasha ( and Tigger ) are feeling better and eating well, as the day wears on.

Hope Kasha eats better for you and her numbers come down somewhat.
Poor thing, all that congestion can't feel good

I hope kasha starts feeling better soon ... I know you don't like this number, but it is still a decent one, just not what kasha normally puts out, but it isn't horrible either ...

Well, believe it or not, before I left for work, she was down in the greens already. Nice. Since she'd been eating on and off for about a half hour (Wellness and FF), I braced myself for her to be a little higher, so the 98 was a nice surprise.

Yeah, she sounds kind of nasty this morning. For a little while, she sounded like a tiny donkey as the noise the air made going in her nose was a little different than the noise it made when she exhaled.

Yesterday she came down into the basement with me for the first time in a long time. I don't know if that's a good sign, but she normally isn't so thrilled anymore to go down 2 floors of stairs. However, when I put my laundry in the washer last night, she was lying on this wooden rail/ledge in the stairway downstairs. Then she disappeared for a while and must have been exploring. Unfortunately, at +9 snack time this morning, all she wanted to do was stand by the back door to the basement and ignore me when I put food in front of her. Basement. Basement... She gets a little obsessive sometimes. Basement... Basement... Basement...

It was nice talking to you too, Dyana. And Deb and Dian as well. I hope everyone enjoyed the reunion, including J.D. and Ginger!

very nice 1.3 for Kasha!

One of my dogs is OCD - totally obsessed with whatever she happens to be obsessed with any given day. It could be a toy, or wanting to go out, or trying to get me to go to bed, or making sure Emma doesn't leave the living room. She's neurotic, and it's kind of annoying, but she's cute and I love her anyway. :smile:
 
Lousy PMPS and lousy appetite. I force fed her about 2/3 Tbsp Wellness. She eventually ate some on her own, bringing her grand total to around 1 1/2 Tbsp Wellness for dinner.

When I got home, all the food in all the bowls was gone. That was kind of surprising. Evidence that Kasha had thrown up - just bile - on her bed. Don't know if that is part of the appetite problem.

I'm going to give her some of her A/B tonight. She's not really due till tomorrow, but the way the dosing works, I'm more comfortable starting our new higher dose of the A/B today - then we can continue every 3rd day for ... however long it takes.
 
Kasha was exploring the basement huh? Tray is terrified of basements, don't know why, nothing bad has ever happened to him in one but the downstairs is scary and he howls whenever I go I think he's afraid I'll never resurface.

Her curiosity is a good sign though, means she's up for adventure. I hope the appetite improves tonight and no more bile. Why do they love to throwup on beds and carpets?
 
May not be the best of pre-shots, but at least she had a nice +1.3.
The desire to investigate sounds like a good sign, if you ask me. So, two good things have happened today...a nice green number and some desire to investigate. Woohoo!!

I hope that Kasha has a better evening for you. Poor little baby all congested and sounding like a donkey. Hope those AB's do their job!

Sorry you couldn't make it to the reunion...maybe next year. Like I said, you and Kasha can always stay here. I have the room and would be glad to have you guys. It was nice chatting with you...and btw....that was me who called you yesterday, asking if you had called me on my cell phone. My cell phone was showing that I had missed calls so I checked my list and there was your number. I didn't look at the date or time, or I would have realized it was you. This morning, as I was checking another missed call, I looked at your number again, and wahlah...brain matter starting to fall into place and suddenly I had an AH HA moment! You probably didn't realize it was me since I was using my Land Line to call... :lol: ohmygod_smile
