Re: 8/12 Zener PMPS 164;+3 135
Holy blue cow! It's been a blue day. We hardly know what to do with a nadir in the middle of the cycle.
@Devon - appy picked up mid-morning, such a relief for the beans. BWAHAHHAAH on "if I ever run one".
@Josie & Ripley - Zener has the blues.
@Ann & Tess - his tummy was cramping so that was the source of the 'tude. Much better later in the afternoon and tonight. And still blue.

Liz is from Oakford, a very small town near Petersburg near Springfield. I lived in Champaign for 11 years, 1983-1994. We've been in Arizona now for 17 years but Champaign still feels like home to me.
@Tara & Buster - tummy is better so no hissing tonight. And the blues are holding. I absolutely agree on the shoes - a girl must have the proper equipment for motivation! ;-)
@carla - as requested, still blue and improved appy.
@John - still blue and getting closer to the lagoon.
@Mary & Oliver - love the cat relaxing in the blue waters, and the green cat too - green is my favorite color! Appy was much improved tonight.
@Melissa & Mr T - appy was good tonight, sweet relief for the beans. Liz's next race is in October, she is doing the long course and I can't remember the exact distance. It's all on trails in the national forest at 8000-9000 feet, and sometimes there is a dusting of snow up there by then.
@Amy & TrixieCat - nice blues and nice appy - priceless!
@Barb & Checkers - thanks for the nice number and appy wishes, it's working. BWAHAHAHAH on the "she kicked his butt."
@Wendy & Neko - GREAT surfing pic! Liz is getting quite the t-shirt collection. Now all the race t-shirts are that cool wick away material - short sleeve and in the autumn runs, long sleeve.

Do you get neat gear for rowing races?
@Ella & Rusty -
Hey's Rusty - come on over, there's action at the woodpile. Tillie could use a little help, she has a high opinion of her hunting skills but we hasn't seen no mouses caught yet. I's more of a bird man myself. - Zener
That's great you wear your running shirt on Thanksgiving! My first running t-shirt was from 1977, and I had to quit in the mid 90s because I didn't have knee cartilage left. It was a hard but wise choice, as I haven't needed knee replacements yet. Walking and hiking are it now and I'm grateful for that!
@Marje & Gracie - we hardly know what to do with flat nice numbers and a nadir in the middle of the cycle. Zener loves the squash! Tillie thinks it is poison.
@Michelle - yes, safe and flat blues, we LOVE it! After a rocky start with tummy cramps and poor appy, it turned into a very good day. We love to read of all your adventures and the excitement of the pussy posse at your house, and especially enjoy the photos on Facebook of hikes, Nicholas and his new buddies and what Lola has gotten into lately. Thanks for staying connected in LL, you have so much knowledge to share!
Zener is tucked away on his favorite fleece blanket in the bed with the snoozing MamaLizBean. Night duty bean has another test at mid-cycle, who knows what it will be. Will he dabble his paddy paws in the lagoon? Will Mr Liver have a freak out? Will the blue surf continue? Stay tuned!
