Well, I finally took something to help me sleep and that's why I only have one test in for last night. Hmmm... I didn't wake up till +9 for snack time.

She ate nearly 2 Tbsp Wellness breakfast - and I am pleased to say I did NOT force feed anything this morning. Her appetite isn't exactly stellar, but she did eat on her own. With me holding the bowl and encouraging her. She seems to like that. She's hanging around waiting for her shredded chicken now, I think... but I'm going to let her wait a little while for that.

She also ate a good snack at +9 - nearly 1 Tbsp Wellness and then a little bowl of shredded chicken.

I'm still feeling tired and weak. Just took my own supplements (and another of Kasha's Transfer Factor sups) and I'm going to go btb for a while. I think I feel a little better for having slept, but I'm still so tired.

glad to hear Kasha is eating on her own and that you're at least a bit better. I feeling better too, thanks for asking. Now go get some more rest

Glad Kasha ate pretty well on her own...and I hope you feel even better after your btb! At least you got some sleep last night!

glad to hear kasha is eating better now ... it's frustrating when they won't eat like they should ... glad to hear you got some sleep last night too, that's so important ....

Well, she ate approx 1 Tbsp Wellnes for her +9 snack (which is a huge snack for her) and she ate nearly 2 Tbsp Wellness for dinner. With encouragement from me, but she again ate on her own. Yay.

I got some rest today - I got ready for work and then felt weak, so I just stayed home and watched TV and Netflix. I haven't done that in a long time - it was kind of nice.

BF (let's just call him that for now) went to another doctor today and they decided that he didn't have cellulitis in his elbow after all, which is good news, cuz cellulitis freaks me out. It is most likely damage to the bursa and seems to be on it's way to healing.

I'm going to head out to pick up some more organic chicken for my little Kasha girl and some dinner for me.

Hey Krys,
Hope you are feeling better today after some well deserved R and R! How is that new fridge working out? Got ice cream?

glad you had some tv time, its good for the soul to just zone out and do nothing of importance.
Nice to see Kasha is still eating on her own too.

Krys, I'd love to see those preshot numbers. Nice day for Kasha. I'm glad she ate well on her own.
Good sleeping for you tonight.

Hey Myla - the fridge gets delivered on Sunday as things currently stand. I have frozen lemon custard downstairs in the empty apartment... but it's a pain going up and down the steps all the time! I'm excited - the new fridge is more efficient I think than the one I have now - has french doors so you only have to open the side you need to open. I've had this other one for 14 years and it hasn't worked well for several years... I can't wait for the new one.

I'm feeling a little better. I have some energy again, finally. Probably from taking the supplements I bought for Kasha ;) When I felt all sick and weak earlier, I took my temp and my BG - then I realized I may just have too many diagnostic tools at my disposal... LOL!

BTW, Kasha actually gagged on her cod liver oil flavored meds tonight. I hope she can get them down ok this month at least. I don't really want to take them back to be remade for her if I can avoid it. Next time I say we try chicken or tuna.

I love kitchen appliances. I gutted my kitchen a couple of years ago. I love my appliance!!

I'm glad Kasha is eating well. I hope you get some rest.

I'm wondering if Kasha could use a drop more on her dose? I think she needs a little boost to help get the pre-shot numbers down. When you're ready to increase, remember to get checks in (like you already do) and plan to use food to keep Kasha from earning a decrease.
