Eleanor is neg for ketones, but is having terrible diarrhea. I hope the SEB kicks in, her bottle of metronidazole expires this month and I have no money for a refill. Barfed up a small furball this morning and is feeling generally bad. Maybe her BG will come down a bit. She was feeling so good yesterday.
Have been praying she won't have to go up to 5 units because I can't figure out the dose on the SureComfort syringes. The marks for the numbered doses, such as 5 units, are two to three times thicker than the unnumbered marks. Plus the distance between 4.75 and 5 units is way less than the distance between lesser units, such as 3.75 and 4 units. Between my vision and shaky hands, I can't seem to work with the calipers any more.
Oh well.
