I use Reli On Insulin Syringes 3/10cc 31 Gauge 8mm Length short needle with 1/2 unit markings

There are no syringes with 1/4-unit markings.

For 3/4 of a unit, you have to eye-ball it, half-way between "1/2-unit" and "1-unit", or
just below the "1" mark.
