I’ll be away from home all day until morning. I only have someone to feed Oreo but no dose of sugar checks so I’m not giving him any juice this morning. Should I continue to maintain 1.0 when I return tomorrow? Or do .5? Just curious if he’s getting to low

You might want to try 0.75u from tonight (PMPS). The Lantus depot is still building and it's possible that 1u was too high a starting dose.

I think I would be inclined to go with 0.5 unit twice a day. As you say the depot is still building and Steven needs to be able to shoot twice a day.

I’d reduce but then I was the one that suggested you start lower. I agree with .50.

I will reduce to .50. I totally don’t recalling seeing except starting at 1.0. I’m home now and just posted his BS check he’s at 280
