Finally, a decent night of sleep. Glad this holiday week in winding down.

Susie is doing good. Pees, poops, purrs, has a very healthy appetite. Still wish I could get her to be more active. If I try to toss a toy around my dogs grab them and tear them up. I can get one of my dogs outside with no problem. The other one does not want to be outside without me or Mom. She is my constant shadow. She still has a little too much weight on her but she did lose .08 oz recently. Not much but better than going up.

Ben too no problem with fireworks. But, on Saturday morning 9AM a noise so loud kept coming closer. I thought it was another earthquake, we had our first a 5.9 just a year ago. The noise ended up being a military flyover heading to an air show. Shortly after Ben was right next to me. Thought I might find him in the hamper where he tried hiding from the earthquakes.

Oh my gosh. An earthquake would freak me out. I'm so glad you didn't have another one. Poor Ben. Funny that he hides in the hamper sometimes but this time he wanted his Mom's comfort.

Morning Summer, glad you ,your mom and your furbabies had a quiet night and got a good sleep.
Nice numbers so far, looks like Susie is on a mission today.
She's doing so good. Hope you all have a good day ♥:bighug::bighug:

Susie is doing well today. I lay down and fell asleep after her 57 @+4 and 2 tsps l/c. I did not mean to fall asleep so long. Was surprised to wake up and get a 58 at +6. I don't know if she came down and then came back up or just stayed steady those two hours. My girl sure takes a long time to get used to a different dose. I just hate the bouncing after she has gone down. How is Tyler?

I think I felt that 5.9.

Yay for sleep. And poops and purrs. Can you try playing with a feather wand, or will the dogs attack that as well? I know you don't want her to be overweight, but hey, a little extra weight is a nice buffer if they get sick.
You know, that is my feeling too, Joey. I would rather her be a little overweight than underweight. I have a feather wand. Just need her to come outside my bedroom to play with it.

Dealing with a poor, bonkers dog here. Molly Pop is picking up on the low pressure from this storm heading closer and closer. I hope I will be able to test Susie later tonight. If Susie picks up on Molly Pop's anxiety it is likely that she will hide under the bed and there will be no testing. Today was unexpected. A little too low for my blood. Still looking for the low blues and high greens. Maybe it is a "pipe dream".
