A rushed morning - started a new vial of Lantus this morning, but may have gotten a fur shot (the needle was a little askew when I was done).

AMPS = 438 (fed 1 can FF with water - she ate about half - I then added another 1/2 can with water to get her through the day).
PMPS = 464 (fed 1 can FF with water - she ate about half at first sitting)

Sorry to hear about possible furshot.
If you're around thru this cycle, and if you can, a spot check may give some insight.

Hope your day goes well for you and Casper!!

Thanks Ronnie. Unfortunately, I have to be in the office this week. It's fiscal year-end. And we're slated for a heat wave and it will be much cooler at the office. We'll see how the day goes - maybe I can sneak away to run home and do a check.

Hey Casper while your mom bean is away you come and hang with Gotti and me :-D You could come and lay on the "yellow" beach blanket
it's nice and cool here today...it's raining right now so I'm reading my kittykindle "True Dove" so good. Well come on down Casper!

Charlene,

my thought was only if you were around, ok?
we don't want you to be sneaking around at work lol!

Besides, there's always the in the door check when you get home, so no worries ok?

Howdy Casper! How is life in Renton? life in Edmonds is pretty good. You ready for this warm weather? Hope you have a good day there. Maybe leave the reds behind, find some yellow. Maybe go and hang out on the beach with Doodles... later !! ~~ Mannie

Re: 7/6 Casper AMPS 438

@Ronnie - no worries. I am very fortunate that I have some flexibility at work (most of my team sits in another state) that will allow me to "sneak" away. So long as I don't have anything pressing going on. Although I would love to get a check in today, I think I'm more worried that I would get home and not want to come back. We're finally getting some sunshine and it would be tempting to go out and play. :-D

@Doodles - can I bring my pesky brother, Coal? He is always looking to "escape" outside. We'd have to keep an eye on him though because he isn't the brightest bulb in the pack.

@Mannie - life in Renton is okay. We've got this pesky stray dog that roams the neighborhood causing all kinds of ruckus. He likes to chew up newspapers and bark and howl at night. So annoying. Maybe with the heat wave that is coming, everyone will just be chillin' and hangin' low. I need to remind the big people to remember to set up the air conditioner, leave the fans running, and stock up the coolers with lots of ice and beverages.

Well, I didn't end up running home during lunch. Things got a little hectic. So it's hard to tell what really happened today. Casper was in a great mood though when we got home and inside, begging for dinner. Off to check the litter boxes since I think I hear her in there swiping at litter. And we'll get a check in before we go to bed.

Have a nice night.
